Lamps, warm light, and dimmable bulbs are a bare minimum. Using smart lights with different colors steps it up. We do not turn on the big overhead lights unless doing a deep clean of our place because they are not flattering and they are jarring. No one needs to sit in 10,000 lumens of light. Don’t get me started on the use of daylight bulbs outside of industrial / hospital use. That should be a crime.
