im starting to keep a "spite list". any company that spews an ad at me, is noted down, and i will never buy from. If i need something they sell, i'll find their competitor.

YouTube ads are infuriating because you have an hour long video with an ad break every 15 or so minutes, and it’s four straight ones that you literally can’t skip, so you have about 5 or 6 minutes of dead air by the time you finish the video. On top of that, they push the same ads over and over again, and some of them can go for upwards of 90 seconds.

I have actively stopped watching TV because of adverts (I will pirate) I have multiple ad blockers on my phone and my PC if a website requires adblock disabled, I simply won't use it I'm so tired of all the ads

i lost my really nice flashlight (which i originally bought by searching for a nice flashlight, not any ads). now i went and bought a replacement and suddenly i am being bombarded with ads from them. like, do yall want me to find a different brand to buy from? cause thats how that happens
