I was taught by one of my earlier bosses to not show vulnerability by asking for help. It’s a good thing I met a better mentor and it took me a while to shift to this mindset but I’m happy I did.

I knew this as a kid. I had friends who acted like they knew everything while I didn't mind "not knowing" something. Even now there's adults I know that are stuck "knowing it all" even if I teach them something they didn't know. They just change the subject. It's weird to me. Not sure why I'm like this but very grateful. Ego can close the mind.
