I used to always get a stuffy nose, especially during the colder months. I have been practicing good tongue posture for a couple of months now and my nose never gets stuffy anymore and can breathe better. I’m in my 30’s.

It’s not an exact science, I saw a lot of people with a forward maxilla somehow (mostly girls) and had a narrow palate.
