I respect the choice of vegetarians, but consuming meat is biologically beneficial as it efficiently provides highly bioavailable nutrients like complete proteins and Vitamin B12 (essential for myelin sheath maintenance), and many farms prioritize animal welfare, using humane slaughter methods like stunning to cause immediate unconsciousness and minimize the animal's pain and stress hormone release. Yes, this is really cruel and I don't approve of this either, there are plenty of people who don't treat animals like these, they take care of animals, feed them well and make sure they're properly cared. And if you still don't agree, it's okay I appreciate your opinion. 💗🫶🏻
