Strong is part of it. Women have decent strength. But people don’t understand that fighting someone in a vehicle gives them the advantage. It’s weird but they use the steering wheel and nooks and cranny’s to hold hon and push back. There are techniques to overcome it but officers don’t always practice and it’s not always common to fight like this even though you see it on videos a lot. The individual officer doesn’t have it happen that often but
