The worst thing is, the hunger comes out of the blue. Fine one second and then 3minutes later you experience hunger as if you’ve been starved for weeks

Yep the hunger is crazy! I’m due in May too and my most intense hunger happens at nighttime! It wakes me up and I have to eat something!

I got some really nice flares from sports direct, they lasted me all the way through pregnancy, they had an extra band that when I got bigger I pulled it over my bump which helped. I had really bad food aversions and constantly craved coco pops at 11pm, If I didn't have them at home it was a drama 😂

Oh I had the hunger but I also had HG, I couldn't even keep water down, I ended up being so so hungry but terrified to eat because the sickness was non stop, even when I didn't eat I was throwing up 😭

Girl! I ate so many flapjacks during my pregnancy, I spent as much time walking to the shop / in the shop buying them than I did at working during my work day haha. I’d drink a pint of milk and just put a straw in it. I used to grave jacket potatoes cheese & beans, one time my husband cooked it for me and I was so happy I cried because “it was so beautiful”

I burst out crying when I went in for my 12 weeks scan. the sonographer asked me why I was crying - I said well I don't know if my baby is alive or dead. she wasn't very sympathetic tbh. be prepared to be weighed at your 12 week scan as well - I was x

I have 3 grown up children and I still worry. being pregnant 1st time is a new adventure. talk to other mums, ask questions. also talk to your midwife.
