If you want them inside your house you have to make sure to never, ever give them a wild instict. This dog in particular is being trained to be tough, fight and know what the taste of meat is. A small child, a steak or a chicken can mean the same to them depending on their mood.

Yes this is how canines would actually eat in the wild. But wild canines have a much shorter lifespan. Raw meat is bad for dogs the same way it is bad for people.
