I'm a very radical feminist but I genuinely worry, like actual worry, that these misogynists may not have been lying. women's movements (today's feminism) is so bereft of logic and so packed of emotion and dissonance that I genuinely sorry they were right. I still draw hope in that the first wave of feminism was very successful, streamlined and logical -- especially in a very disadvantageous time for women. but Jesus, what we have now, is so genuinely worrying. misandry is passing as feminism because they can't extract their emotional response out of their movement and it is literally killing feminism. the fact I have to explain to young boys that feminism is about equality and they genuinely, from how they've seen "feminists" behave, believe that it is about female superiority, genuinely makes me scared for the constitution women hold over their own emotions. it is a genuine worry for me as a radical feminist
