I got it too, been using it for a year and 100% helped with my circulation. Less blood pooling in my legs and I can stand much much longer. Helps with gym recovery as well. I love it

If you don't want to spend $ on it but want something similar to try... literally start jumping for a minute a day. let your arms bounce/flap too. not exactly the same, but definitely helps!
