OMG THE SAME THING HAPPENED TO ME!! so frustrating!! I was in row A section 34 and when I bought tickets it didn’t say anything about the view either and thought the more I paid the better the seat!! Also tempted to send an email

Do the complaint they can’t keep doing this, it’s not right. Hopefully you took pics of proof of your view I would push this. Sorry this happened to you hopefully something gets done. 🙏

This is my 79 bucks ticket - E reserved it was actually so good…. You are definitely right the AAMI park set up is the LOWER you are the harder to have a full/ good view and they should price it this way!!!

I had the same thing happen with B reserve that was restricted as we couldn’t see the screens or the back part of the stage. I contacted Ticketek this morning and they’ve said that apparently there was a tick box to acknowledge that they were restricted but i swear there wasn’t one when I got them in the Voda presale. Reassuring to know I wasn’t the only one with this issue tho..

I had the same shoddy service when I emailed Ticketek about downgrading my ticket to GA as they were still available. I was willing to lose money for the swap. Customer Service replied and said they were happy to upgrade but not downgrade tickets. I repeated myself over and over saying that even with the downgrade I was happy to lose money. They stood their ground and said no. MAKE IT MAKE SENSE.

Same issue paid reserved tickets $189 each when tickets were live. No instructions around restricted view disclaimer while bookinh. so thinking its closer to the stage we booked the tickets. Then got an email 2 days before the show that due to production changes i have been allocated to another seats of same price. But the news ones were restricted views. I will definately put a Accc complain as well. When i tried to contact ticketek the chatbot says its written in the terms & conditions that they have right to change the seat categories apparently 😳

Yeah not only this issue you have but also all of us suckers that paid full price (I paid $250/seat) thinking it would sell out and then a month ago they they literally halved the ticket prices. Furious. At least it was a worthwhile concert and I had a good time. I hope you did too in the end x

Bought 3 tickets, $250 each ticket bought in presale mid June, no mention of restricted views on website or emails, etc. told its best seat tickets C reserve section. We couldn't see the screens or when he was inside the stage on the steps performing. Still had a decent view compared to others but not $250 worth view.... Not happy!

I paid $200 for reserved seating during the first sale and it didn’t say it has restricted view but lo and behold yesterday I noticed that it says restricted 🥲. Good thing we bought rear GA for Day 2

I think they should have given merch packs or something for those who paid full price when they first dropped. I spent $350 last night on my front GA ticket. I guess it doesnt pay to be organised these days for tickets.
