@photogsteve81: Arresting agencies typically notify the jurisdiction they’re in to eliminate concern of things like kidnappings. However, most agencies also clean up the mess they leave behind, including impounding affected vehicles. ICE and or BPD appear to not be concerned, even leaving vehicles even running on the road, without any trace of what happened. The mans phone pinging to the facility in Tukwila is the only sign of what happened to him at this point.
