Save and share my easy Salmon Fried Rice! It’s a quick dinner you can make in under 20 minutes. Here’s the recipe. Ingredients: 8oz salmon fillet 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp black pepper 2 tbsps olive oil 1/3 cup diced white onions 1/3 cup sliced green onions 1 tbsp minced garlic 2 eggs 3 cups day old rice 2 tbsps soy sauce 1 tbsp oyster sauce 1 tbsp sugar Instructions: Season the salmon with salt and pepper. Heat oil on medium high heat and sear salmon skin side down for 2 minutes and flip over and cook for another 2 minutes. Then turn heat down to low. Peel off the crispy skin and break up the salmon and toss in onions, green onions and garlic. Cook for about a minute and scramble two eggs. Next toss in the rice and sauce.
