For anybody wondering the Monk's chanting is a mantra derived from the Mahāvairocana Tantra that pays homage to Acala or Fudo Myō-ō (不動明王). The Mantra's name is 慈救呪 (Read as Jikushu or Jikuju). The version read in the song is from the Shingon sect of Buddhism (真言宗).
