you and your wife were just perfectly selected to be Williams parents. my son struggles with understanding his autism but we manage. my only fear is the world still doesn't quite understand what autism really is

So sorry for the over reaching question that probably shows my ignorance more than anything… but how does William manage change? You are keen to take him new places and for new experiences but perhaps his tolerance for change is reducing?

you do a fantastic job, in what are challenging circumstances. would William snack on a carrot - I can't help thinking that he eats snacks more as a comfort, rather than for nutrition.
