I just learned about PANDAS last year. I teach kindergarten, I think a lot more people need to know about this!

I hope this sweet girl continues feeling better, seeing that smile after seeing how sad she was is priceless. Those of us who fought/fight depression know those sad eyes all too well

I didn’t learn about PANDAS until adulthood working with children. Such sudden, unexplained changes. It was really sad seeing some behaviors get punished when you can see the child is not fully aware what’s even going on. Happy your daughter has a parent that refuses to let the world define your child.

PANDAS survivor here. Thank you for nipping it in the bud and knowing something was wrong. You saved your girl a lot of trouble but keep an eye on her though, beyond the fact theres no real cure only remission it can mess with your head big time. Wishing her the best 💙💙💙

The first time I ever heard about PANDAS was when one of my close friends told me he had it in like 10th grade and I just feel like PANDAS is one of those things we should know about WAY sooner because when I told my mom she was like “Oh I’ve never heard of that.”

I hate the people who are like “you’re too young to be sick” like um… I didn’t know sickness worked on a timeline 🤨
