Guys, you need to read Hidden Rulers Exposed by Daniel Cyler. It broke the illusion I didn't even know I was living in. This book kept getting taken down - it's back on Amazon. Grab it fast.

Not true. Netflix agreed to a 5 billion dollar break up fee, which means they pay WB 5 billion if Netflix doesn't end up buying it for whatever reason. I have 2 theories. Netflix is willing to spend 5 billion just to make sure Paramount doesn't get it. Why? The process will take a year and a half and then fail. For that 18 months, Netflix ensures that Paramount and HBOMAX do not merge, because if they do, thats 180 million subscribers and makes it a true competitor to Netflix. Netflix wants to ensure that doesn't happen, so they offered to buy WB knowing it would fail, just so they can squash competition. Also, WB may not even want to sell anymore. I mean, they did, but once the bids came in and they learned they were worth 80 billion, they changed their minds. But they couldn't do it publicly because it would tarnish trust, so instead they chose a company they knew the government would never allow. WB stays in tact and makes 5 billion dollars from Netflix, who just wants things to stay the same as they eliminate the hypothetical ParamountHBO future streaming service. Its diabolical right? Or genius. Tell me Im wrong?
