I don’t think peach perfects marketing team looked at my profile before reaching out to me… Yes, male and female bodies are different And they have different nutritional needs (in certain areas) A great example of this is in multivitamins, where the men’s formula is often very different than the women’s That makes sense But not when a company uses the same exact product and rebrands it to find another angle to sell people And I get it, it’s marketing. It happens in every industry around the world. But when it is toying with people’s health, that’s when I think it becomes slightly criminal. Please think twice before supporting companies like this is all I am saying #creatine #supplements #vitamins #Fitness #health #FitTok *side note on peach perfect* Yes, I am aware that they have two separate ingredients in their “booty builder” Why I didn’t highlight them in the video is because they put so little of each ingredient in, it’s almost laughable 1g of BCAAs - which are a completely useless supplement even at higher doses of 5-10g (and yes, every human study proves this) And 1g of hydrolyzed collagen (where research shows you need at least 3g/day for multiple weeks to potentially notice a difference) They add these in tiny amounts just to be able to list them on the label and make claims like “tightens your skin” and others It’s just marketing. Don’t fall for it.
