As a DIE HARD swiftie, Taylor is NOT your friend, and she is at a point in her career where she is not allowed to speak up on things, the not speaking up about ICE irks me, however, things like the superbowl and wars… it’s not safe. People who hate her will literally send her death threats when she drops an opinion, also she has previously stated that as she was trying to say that you misinterpreted, she does not perform at the Super Bowl because she knows that fans of football will not get to go because half the stadium will be her fans, I don’t stand for some of the things she’s done, but some of yall are just REACHING about her being a mean girl 😭

THIS!!! i used to be the BIGGEST fan, yet now it’s really hard to be a fan because the political climate that we’re in, is something you NEED to speak up about! i mean, olivia rodrigo and sabrina carpenter have already spoken against trump, and she hasn’t. i hate to say this, but i feel like recently she’s changed from the 2019-2022 taylor. i also feel like her lyricism (which is the reason i’ve loved her for forever) of this album was NOT IT. i’m sorry, some of the songs are good, but it’s just the lyricism has died down. ALSO this fandom is SO TOXIC. it’s disgusting. this was very well put and your points were really good! (i’m coming to the same realizations as well, and don’t let any toxic swifties get to you, you opinion matters and i agree with!) (also other little thing, you’re gorgeous!)
