GRWM….. for…what else, but a Dr’s appt…. Story of my life. 😩🤷🏻‍♀️ today I just wanted to do a light makeup look, a “no makeup” makeup look. I thought it was gonna come out kinda heavy looking, because I thought I used too much blush and bronzer, but it literally looks like no makeup. (Well to me at least lol 🤣) My appt went really good. Down another 3 lbs, which she told me is good-no need to lose too much too fast. Sugars still looking good, still no need for diabetes meds. And now, we’re going to lower my dosage for my blood pressure med. That makes me feel really good. I always need that reassurance that I’m doing good, because sometimes I feel like I’m not. So now, just gotta keep up on my walking, this past week I didn’t go walking at all. After my WONDERFUL weekend in Vegas, I’m having a bit of a flare. Of course.
