It is extremely common for ribs to be broken when CPR is being done correctly. We are taught this in CPR class. You are taught this in any medical class you take!! there is zero reason this woman should have been sued in any way shape or form

I can't find this story anywhere online. Only on social media and all of the information is inconsistent. Some say the man is 79, some say 97. Some find her liable, some say she was cleared. Some say she was charged with manslaughter, but other videos say it was a wrongful death civil suit.

I can find no actual news of this. The random clips of different people makes me think this isn’t real. It’s also dangerous because it’s making people think you can be sued for cpr. Good Samaritan laws are real, this story is not
