I’m struggling. I keep having to deal with death. My mom to depression then my brother to depression and my dad to cancer 9 months after my brother and now my daughter in July of this year how do I not hang onto all of that

feel kinda lost. no friends. taking care of my mom and my kiddo til she graduates. very little interest. trying to heal myself to i get feeling better and able to maybe one day get back into the gym
