original sin sucked man the actors were so bad 😭 the plot was so good but i hate how the acting felt so forced and it felt like actors playing a role and less like theyre characters in the show.

I was split on it and still am, I'm kinda glad we don't get young doakes, Eric King was too good in that role and I don't see anybody playing that character without it seeming like a goofy cosplay

I am a newbie to thr Dexter world and love OG. I am in the middle of season 6 now and have had a great time with the series. Loved Doakes and would have loved to have seen a season 2 of Original Sin, when I got there. Let's hope their minds are cha ged at Paramount before thr actors find new permanent gigs.

I mean, it was good and a nice filler, but Resurrection is obviously the main course. I prefer Resurrection over Original Sin because its new territory. im sure they'll come back around to Original Sin in the future when Resurrection ends (if it does)

Honestly thought the series would end with the death of Harry being confirmed that he didn’t die of a sewside but it was Brian behind the scenes that did it. It was confirmed in season one of the original show that he could make a death seem like a heart attack (killed his own father) and we know at the end of OS that he was still going to be around. Since he obviously never got around to interacting with Deb or Dexter the only other person that could interact with him would be Harry if they did plan on still having him as a character. Things escalated, he wanted to see his brother so he killed Harry, and he sees Dexter sad about Harry’s passing so he keeps his distance until the beginning of season 1 of the OG show.
