To all angry and clueless people, the guy is just holding a sickle, they use it to cut small branches or vines that make logs/debris get stuck. You guys should know that Indonesia consider elephants as sacred animals, they're treated like workmates not slaves. No different from carabaos for farming and a Border Collie for herding.
