Easy high protein bagels 🥯😋 I’ve made bagels a few different ways before, but this is BY FAR the easiest way to make them! You only need a few simple ingredients, they don’t need to rise, you don’t need to boil them… they are just SO EASY! And turn out absolutely delicious, trust me! 🙌 Each bagel also has 10g of protein which I love because it makes them a little more well-rounded and filling! Makes 4 bagels: ~153 calories, 10g protein, 26g carb, 1g fat each Ingredients: - 1 cup all purpose flour - 1 1/2 tsp baking powder - 1/4 tsp salt - 1 cup plain nonfat greek yogurt - 1 egg - 1 tbsp water - Everything bagel seasoning How to: - Add the flour, baking powder and salt to a bowl and stir together. - Add the greek yogurt and stir until the dough starts to come together. - Knead the dough into a ball, then sprinkle flour on to your counter and knead the dough for 2-3 minutes until it’s smooth. You can sprinkle on extra flour if the dough is too sticky. - Slice the dough into 4 pieces, then roll each one out into a log then form into a circle. - Whisk together the egg and water and brush a light layer onto each bagel. You can leave them plain or dip in everything bagel seasoning. - Line air fryer basket with parchment paper, add the bagels (try not to let them touch). - Air fry at 350F for 20 minutes, flipping halfway so both sides get golden brown. Or bake in the oven at 350F for 30 mins! - Let cool for a few minutes and enjoy! 🫶 #healthyrecipes #EasyRecipe #highprotein #bagels #highproteinbagels #EasyRecipe #healthycooking #breakfast
