you dont need extra apps, all you need is Tiktok, Photos and Shortcuts maybe CapCut if you want to shorten the video even shorter to your liking! All you to do it download a video from Tiktok then you want to shorten the video to your liking on either the Photos app or CapCut(it can be 1 second long, 2 seconds long, etc!) then after that create an Album by holding down on the video you want the charging sound effect to be then press "Add to Album" after that press the plus button and name it whatever you want it to be but personally i would change it to "sounds" then boom! the video has an Album!, then you will need to go to Shortcuts and go to the Automation section tap the plus button, scroll down till you see "Charger: When my phone connects to power" you can pick either "Is connected" or "Is disconnected" or you can pick both, then you have to click "Run Immediately" Then press "Create new shortcut" Search up "Find Photos" and press "Add Filter" then press "Choose" and select the album you have created, after that search up in the search bar "Encode Media" press the little blue arrow and make sure you make it "Audio only" lastly search up in the search bar "Play sound," then your done!
