Okay so I’ve been sounding crazy, bc I have immune issues, HEDS, & endometriosis. For the last few months (since releasing my fascia and getting connected/grounded) I’ve noticed my skin has little crystal like substances within it. It literally looks like glitter, but I know it’s not bc I’ve changed all my products, and make sure there’s no glitter in them

I stopped using fluoride toothpaste years ago, always filter my water, would rather have well water, but. It is so amazing how intuitive I was as a kid living on the farm vs being an adult

I stopped drinking tapwater five years ago I get springwater from the Pocono Mountains delivered to my house. The changes that occurred are completely unbelievable. I have a filter system in my shower and I'm a kitchen Spicket. You can actually smell the odors in the water when it tap is running it's fucking unbelievable. You don't realize until you get off of it. How bad it was.✌
