you never reach that point. the goal post keeps moving. you have to learn to be in your body and calm your mind. if you've been in chronic fight or flight for years or even decades, you need to regulate. when you reach that moment of calm, it will still feel uncomfortable. you crossed one finish line finally and you still feel like you're missing something and not satisfied. breath work, meditation, maybe some fungus will help.
