My daughter, who's twenty five now.Me and mother separated, when she was one.She spent every other weekend with me. all of her life. I know it was hard on you. The first time. Don't get me wrong. a lot of these comments nobody's thinking about the father. i know a lot of dads that want nothing to do with their kids. She's blessed to have 2 parents that care about her. Those comments were shocking to me "I loved it, I loved the break" yeah that may be true when they are OLDER! but under 1?! Ive had 3 babies and they were not apart from me for YEARS after birth, especially over night!! In my opinion they shouldn't be doing over nights with anyone that young. They need to be with their mamas. 😭 I know its not your fault though, and you are doing the very best you can! Hang in there mama. It will get easier! 🙏 She will be back in your arms before you know it! ❤️
