1.25L heavy cream instead of 1 makes the best sweet cream. i know it’s not standard but this is the only way 💯

its not really controllable.. it just gets waterier the longer it sits on the counter, from what ive noticed. first half of the pitcher foams like normal but the second half is watery

my shift told me sometimes if it’s too liquidy to just squirt a lil whip cream and mix it again. not standard but it works

Here's what happens: the whipping cream and milk separated from the pitcher from sitting to long. It happens if its stored in the fridge or the counter, being left on the counter speeds up the separation process. Just give it a whisk and it will recombinant into good cold foam again
