People talk about inferior material in building, if right, but the main problem is not about the material. People just sit down and think it's okay to leave work to contractors and laborers which they use 32.5 R or N with low mix ratio instead of 42.5 R with the right ratio. Building is not about budget or waiting for the institution inspection to make it right, just do the right thing so you will have a lasting house. It's not rush, just do the needful. Each material standard has it own work . It’s better for the cement retailers to know which work you are doing before selling; they need education and a license to show they can teach people.
