Marinate the chicken: Mix yogurt, milk, hot sauce, salt, and spices. Add chicken tenders and marinate for 1–4 hours (or overnight) in the fridge. 2. Make the dry mix: Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl. Add 2–3 tablespoons of the marinade to create a craggly texture. 3. Coat the chicken: Dredge each tender in the dry mix. Let them rest on a wire rack for 10–12 minutes. 4. Fry: Heat oil to 170°C (350°F). Fry the tenders for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. 5. Make the sauce: Melt butter in a pan, sauté minced garlic. Add hot sauce, honey, smoked paprika, and cayenne. Simmer for 4–5 minutes until slightly thickened. 6.
