Pasteurize the mixture by heating it to 80°C (176°F), then whip it until it becomes light and airy. 4. Gently fold in the mascarpone, followed by the semi-whipped cream, using upward strokes to keep the mixture soft and fluffy. 5. Dip the ladyfingers briefly in limoncello and place a first layer in your serving dish. Add a layer of the mascarpone mousse on top, and continue alternating layers. 6. Finish by spreading the chilled lemon curd over the surface of the dessert, and top it all off with some freshly grated lemon zest to enhance the flavor.
