After reading thousands of comments on my 1st skit on this topic, this very distinct pattern emerged. The most violent & discrimatory experiences followers talked about were almost exclusively (it's not an exaggeration to say 99%) reserved for more marginalized people - BIPOC, femmes & women, queer, gender non-conforming, working class ex cons, etc. It got to the point that I started making bets with myself about what demographic I would find when I went to a commenter's page. I wasn't so much surprised by this pattern existing as I was by the stunning consistency of it. To be clear, there were still a massive number of legitimately traumatized white gender-conforming dudes in my comments sharing their own painful experiences, many of which broke my heart, but the most dramatic stuff -- being humiliated by a teacher in front of a class or a boss in front of a board room, being arrested during routine traffic stops for using big (respectful) words with an officer, being written up or even fired for using

Caveat: as I spoke of in part 2, it is contingent on us to make accommodations for those who genuinely can't understand us - but I think we should do this without permanently changing our default setting with everyone in all social interactions for the soul purpose of soothing the bruised egos of the kind of allistics who malign our characters or insist we have malicious intent. I thank my commentors for showing me more clearly what a crucial tool in fighting systems of oppression our vocabularies are. They would not be trying to disarm us with such vehemence if this were not so powerful. Keep the words. #actuallyautistic #neurodivergent #audhd #audhder #fyp #bo#BookTokgbtqia #LGBT #intersectionality #antiracist
