![🎨 Are your gradients looking a little… muddy? If you’re using two colours to make your gradient, sometimes you’ll find the colour in the middle can look really grey or muddy. This usually happens when you’re trying to use complementary colours that sit WAY across the colour wheel from one another. If this happens, try a colour stop. This is where you add in a third colour into the middle to bridge the gap between those two colours. This will soften that transition and leave you with a smooth looking gradient. In Illustrator, add a third colour to the middle using your gradient slider. Then if you press the Recolour Artwork button [Edit - Edit Colours - Recolour Artwork] and unlink your colours, you can drag your third colour somewhere between those two outer colours and find a more natural path from one to the other.
