cheesy garlic pull apart bread!! so soft & cheesy 🤎 recipe: ¾ cup warm milk (180g) 2 tbsp sugar (25g) 2¼ tsp instant yeast (7g) 1 large egg (50g)(rt) ¼ cup softened butter (57g) 1 tsp salt (6g) ½ tsp garlic powder (2g) ½ tsp onion powder (2g) 3 cups all-purpose flour (375g) mix the warm milk, sugar, and yeast and let it sit until foamy. add your egg and butter, then mix in the dry ingredients until a soft dough forms. knead until smooth, about 8–10 minutes, then cover and let rise somewhere warm until doubled in size (about 1 hour). garlic butter filling : ¼ cup butter (57g) 2 cloves minced garlic or ¾ teaspoon garlic powder (6g or 2g) 1 tbsp chopped parsley or 1 tsp dried parsley (4g or 1g) ¼ cup grated parmesan (25g) pinch of salt (1g) melt your butter. combine the butter, garlic, parsley, and salt. (i let it simmer together a bit to get extra flavor into the butter!) roll your dough into a rectangle, spread the butter mixture evenly, and sprinkle the cheeses on top. cut the dough into 3 even strips, stack them, then cut again into squares and layer into your pan. let it rise again for 30–40 minutes. cheese layer : 1 cup mozzarella(110g) 1/2 cup pepperjack(55g) & 1/4 cup parmesan (25g) ( use wtv cheese you want but i found pepperjack really makes it soo flavorful ! ) topping (after it’s baked) 2 tbsp melted butter (28g) 1 clove minced garlic (3g) ½ tsp parsley (1g) 2 tbsp grated parmesan (12g) after baking at 350°F (175°C) for about 25–30 minutes or until golden, brush the bread with melted butter, garlic, parsley, and parmesan. serve warm.
