You’re obviously having a real easy time, but might I suggest cutting the front claws from the opposite angle purely to cut down on the chance of cutting a quick 🙂

To be honest I think a lot has to do with the dog’s temperament. Yes training is amazing but sometimes the dog just hates their nails being touched and training can only make it a little easier.

Cooperative care has not made a difference with me trimming my dogs nails but luckily she easily lets the groomer do it so I happily pay the 18$ once a month! 😌
