same girl. different mindset. for the longest time, I was trying to shrink myself — constantly chasing the smallest version of me. The girl in that first photo was so focused on how she looked on the outside, but on the inside… she was insecure, self-conscious, and always picking herself apart. now, EVERYTHING has changed. I’m no longer obsessed with being “smaller.” I’m obsessed with becoming the strongest, most badass version of myself. Yeah, I still care about how I look — but now it’s from a place of confidence, not criticism. the second I stopped trying to look a certain way and started focusing on what my body could do, that’s when the real transformation happened. I feel stronger, I feel healthier, and I’m FUELING my body instead of starving it.
