Transformation happens internally before it shows up externally  These are the mindset tools I focused on to shift into this version:  🧠 Habit stacking: read the book ‘Atomic Habits’ highly recommend! 🧠 Becoming just 1% better than I was yesterday: focusing on the daily 1% is actually what compounds your progress which then leads to massive results! This is why the all or nothing approach doesn’t work - your brain can only handle when a goal is broken down into bite-size chunks otherwise that’s when self sabotage creeps in and why so many people don’t fulfil their New Year’s resolutions 🧠 Feeling safe to release the weight: this was something I didn’t expect on my weight release journey was that my body was holding onto extra weight due to my nervous system being dis/regulated which resulted in my body feeling too unstable to release weight.
