Coloca las papas en una olla con agua con sal y hierve durante unos 20 minutos, hasta que estén blanditas y se puedan pinchar fácilmente con un tenedor. Escurre toda el agua y tritura las papas con un machacador o prensa. Deja que se enfríen 10–15 minutos, hasta que puedas manipularlas con las manos. 2. En un bowl, mezcla el puré de papa con la harina y el polvo para hornear. Agrega sal al gusto y, si deseas, puedes añadir otros condimentos como hierbas secas, ajo en polvo o chile en polvo. Amasa con las manos por unos minutos hasta obtener una masa suave. Agrega la harina necesaria para que no quede demasiado pegajosa, pero sí ligeramente húmeda. Esto depende del tipo de papa y la humedad que retenga. 3. Espolvorea harina sobre la mesa para que no se pegue la masa. Divide la masa en 2 porciones iguales y forma bolas.
