I LOVE being alone. I don't want to be unwell with others around. most people don't get it but I worry about taking care of them if they're around. I totally get it ❤️

You are tough, but doing this alone is not necessary. What is your relationship with your Mom? I could NEVER allow my daughter to carry this all alone…it breaks my heart.

Flavored water & flavored ice chips! Game changer. Gatorade, etc also options. Staying Hydrated sooooo important. Also reco deep breathing/breathwork as best you can. 10-Min sessions… 2-3X Day
