I'm completely confused by what they say AND what they mean. I was just broken up with by an avoidant & was blindsided. He said all the right things, he didn't mean any of them. So cruel & unfair 😢

The anxious/avoidant dynamic is incredibly painful. 💔 I encourage all of us to embark on a journey of healing. Wherever that takes us in the end (with or without them) we’re gonna be okay if we heal.
