Tbh 2500 is fair because if we look at operating cost for a truck roughly around 2/mile so I think that’s a fair quote

These brokers just don't take these other factors into consideration. They say they shouldn't worry about deadhead, but trucks can't teleport to the origin. So find a closer truck or comp for DH.
