Paper furry here, I did the same thing on the maw on the start with cardstock and made the maw's structure with strips of more cardstock on my canva kemono😭😅

i'm not making a kemono suit but my suit is gonna have huge eyes and a small mouth so this is very helpful for me! it's also my first time doing a balaclava base. ty for showing your process! :D
