@sportandfaith: "I'm not going to be ashamed of the gospel". This was Deion Sanders' response after the Freedom from Religion Foundation sent a letter to the University of Colorado expressing concerns that Coach Sanders was praying with his team. Sanders has often been vocal about his Christian faith and replied saying: "I'm going to proclaim my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ wherever I want to." 2 Timothy 2: 8-10 says: 'This is my gospel, for which I am suffering even to the point of being chained like a criminal. But God’s word is not chained. Therefore I endure everything for the sake of the elect, that they too may obtain the salvation that is in Christ Jesus, with eternal glory.' Let's be real: Being the primary parent is tough and co-parenting can get messy. I don't usually share this part of my life on SM to spare the other party but this is MY reality. Typically I get 6 days a month to myself. (Every other weekend) I cherish that time I get to just be a person and not a parent. That time can't be compared to monetary contribution. Not long ago I would've been crying and screaming about how unfair it was that a person can choose to turn that parent button on and off. But life got easier when I decided to build a life WITH my kid and not around him. It's a rarity if I make plans that can't accommodate him. I've been able to provide him with so many experiences that he'll carry with him for life. So instead of being sad because
