💥 71G PROTEIN CHIPOTLE BOWL This has 575 calories, 71g protein, & just 16 net carbs a serving. Compare that real Chipotle at 976 calories, 54g protein, a lot more carbs. I made two key swaps: instead of regular rice, I used my high-protein, low-carb  rice. Code SHREDHAPPENS always saves you 15%. I mixed 3/4 cup thick greek yogurt, 2 tbsp of the sauce from canned adobo peppers, the juice of a lime, a pinch of salt, & 1 tsp chipotle powder.
