it so much true, but if you do it only to make millions out of it you don't really love it, or to be famous , that level of success won't come to must of us . Art or music is something you do because you can't do anything else , even if i earn scraps for the rest of my life,I can't imagine doing anything else , God knows I tried .

There are many things that go into choosing someone to fill a role. Being better at performing a task isn't the only criteria. I work in IT and know people who are brilliant but they are not good communicators. Their deficiency in a soft skill means they are overlooked. I rarely have seen someone who has the whole package not be successful. They might have to seek out better opportunities but being extremely competent is almost always rewarded.
