God forbid, but I bet if Judge Lenient had a relative die from an OWI drunk driver, he’d changed his mind about how he handles them. There is definitely enough probable cause.

Reports must be very detailed and able to be articulated well. ESPECIALLY With a DUI. It’s a lot of officers that do the easy part which is the arrest. The paperwork is where they get lazy. ….
