@fitfoodieselma: Healthier Dessert Idea: 5-ingredient Snickers Inspired Frozen Yogurt Bites🤩 These are such a fun and delicious dessert😍 The date chunks taste just like caramel😋 • For more recipes check out my recipe Ebooks at fitfoodieselma.com 😍🥰 • Ingredients for 6 bites: 1 cup (lactose-free) full-fat Greek yogurt (240 ml / 250g) 3 tablespoons unsweetened crunchy peanut butter (I use a pb that is 100% made of peanuts) 4 medjool dates, pitted and chopped optional: 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey • Topping: 100 g / 3.5 oz. 80% dark chocolate optional: 1 teaspoon coconut oil crushed peanuts, I used roasted & lightly salted ones • 1. Mix the yogurt, peanut butter and diced dates together 2. Spoon dollops onto a plate lined with parchment paper 3. Freeze for 2 hours 4. Melt the chocolate in the microwave (with the coconut oil). Dip the bites in the melted chocolate. Tips for dipping the bites: 1. Make sure that the bites are fully frozen before dipping 2. Let the chocolate cool down for a few minutes before dipping. 3. Dip the bites quickly because the chocolate sets very fast. Melt the chocolate again if it starts to set in the bowl 5. Top the bites with crushed peanuts if you like 6. Store in an air-tight container in the the freezer.
