They are shit for this you can spend hours seating vales on these the 2.0 burn valve out a lot and are slow starting

change your engeneering place you use. most plases would not let that out the door you say 20 bar. more like 200 bar on ignition

why don’t you just lap the valve in if your not happy with it. Not many valve seats that are 100% seal

it's because they don't lap the valves any more, the cuts the seats and valves and slap them back together and do a suction test, had heaps fail and have had to lap them myself.

have the valves and seats been recut or ground? it looks like the head has been surfaced (skimmed), is the head supposed to be overhauled? looks like it's just been skimmed and washed ?
